The Benijofar Clinic for Chiropractic and laser therapy, Dr. Hans Christian Madsen D.C., offers an innovative treatment method with laser and shockwave therapy that is especially well suited for patients with arthritic and disc related problems such as sciatica, low back pain, knee problems, shoulder problems etc. Dr. Madsen earned his degree in 1982 at the Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa (USA), the fountainhead of Chiropractic in the world.
The shockwave therapy is a concentrated sound wave which renders fast pain relief as it attacks the arthritic changes which debilitates the nerves from functioning normally in an arthritic joint capsule such as hip, shoulder, knee, wrist (Repetitive strain Injury) etc.
Dr. Madsen then follows this treatment by specialised laser treatment which reduces swelling and pain and aids in healing the patient quicker and henceforth this can in many cases totally prevent or postpone the need for surgery.
Laser treatment has been particularly beneficial in the treatment of stubborn and “difficult to treat” conditions including chronic back pain, neck pain and other joint and muscle pains.
